Art and Poetry

Your emotions flow in
and out like the tide.
You have the courage to feel them
and no longer stuff them inside.
The seeds of your wisdom
come from your soul.
You started out tiny
but you've always been whole.
It's time for you to remember
who you really are.
You come from the ONE
and can shine like a star.
Check with your heart
to find why you are here
and accomplish your mission
despite any fear.
Your journey may lead you
on a winding course.
Know whatever you need
will come from THE SOURCE.
